In August 2017, HTP was acquired by Ariston Thermo Group. HTP has been an innovative leader in high efficiency boiler, water heater and specialty products markets for over 40 years. HTP was the first to develop and bring to the market these familiar products; indirect water heaters, commercial high efficiency condensing water heaters and the first compact high efficiency condensing boiler. HTP’s partnership with Ariston Thermo has quickly helped enhance HTP’s existing product line and will propel them into a leadership position in the market for years to come.
