Our HTP Factory training brings you inside HTP for a hands on look at some of the most efficient and innovative products on the market today. These course are for those who are looking for a more technical presentation that looks at installations, servicing, sizing and more. We offer a vareity of trainings featuring the new Elite boiler and the MC Series, the Pioneer and Versa-Hydro and the Mod Con commercial boiler. We also offer a course on domestic hot water. Elite and MC Boilers: this course will cover the proper installation and maintenance of HTP’s FLOW DEPENDANT modulating, condensing high efficiency gas boilers. This is a technical presentation covering proper boiler piping and circulator sizing, venting, gas piping, controls, commissioning set up, service and maintenance. This course will also introduce products that can optimize the system and boiler efficiency like high performance low temperature baseboard, buffer tanks and control strategies. The hands on segment will allow attendees to train on live fire boilers learning service and maintenance procedures, use Wohler test equipment to properly set gas valve and combustion.
Elite FT: this course will cover the proper installation and maintenance of HTP’s NEW low maintenance stainless steel, modulating, condensing high efficiency, fire tube gas boilers. This is a technical presentation covering proper boiler piping and circulator sizing, venting, gas piping, controls, commissioning set up, service and maintenance. This course will also introduce products that can optimize the system and boiler efficiency like high performance low temperature baseboard, buffer tanks and control strategies. The hands on segment will allow attendees to train on live fire boilers learning service and maintenance procedures, using Wohler test equipment to properly adjust gas valve and combustion settings.
Versa Flame & Versa Hydro: this course will cover two of the industries most innovative heat and hot water combi- units the Versa Flame and the Versa Hydro (solar). Learn how HTP’s award winning NON- FLOW DEPENDANT combi-units can make you more competitive and profitable in the high efficiency, modulating, condensing boiler installation and replacement market. Combi-units designed for direct replacement of a conventional cast iron boiler and for special applications such as solar heating and hot water. No primary / secondary piping, minimum maintenance and long life of a proven cupronickel heat exchanger. This is a technical course including piping, venting, gas piping, controls, commissioning set up, service and maintenance. The hands on segment will allow attendees to train on live fire boilers learning service and maintenance procedures, using Wohler test equipment to properly adjust gas valve and combustion settings.

Learn how HTP’s award winning NON- FLOW DEPENDANT Pioneer boiler can make you more competitive and profitable in the high efficiency, modulating, condensing boiler installation and replacement market. Domestic Hot Water: this course will look at the many different options available to efficiently generate domestic hot water with HTP products from the Volume Water Heater and condensing boilers with SuperStor indirects to the Phoenix condensing commercial water heater and combination units. Learn how different piping and control strategies can affect efficiency and system performance.
