Powrmatic Inc., located near Baltimore, Maryland, is a well-known, long established manufacturer of Heating and Air Cleaning Equipment for the industrial and commercial heater and air cleaner marketplace. Powrmatic manufactures a complete line of direct-fired and indirect-fired heaters as well as media and electrostatic air cleaners to accommodate most customers' needs.

They’re famous for their innovative air turnover systems that employ advanced engineering for efficient, high air flow, even temperature heating of large enclosed areas. They’re especially ideal for large warehousing and manufacturing facilities. Heated air is distributed with a uniformity that cannot be achieved by conventional heating units, due to the greatly increased volume of intake air heated to lower, more energy-efficient temperatures. The result is peak efficiency heating of large air quantities by direct heater action — 1 to 4 air changes per hour depending on space requirements.
