OUTSIDE SALES

Commercial Management

Jeffrey Dirksen – Vice President
Responsible for all Engineered Products sales and marketing operations in New England. Jeff also has sales responsibility for selected accounts in Rhode Island and Massachusetts and the acquisition of new product lines to add to the EP offering.


Commercial Outside Sales

James Darragh
Has responsibility for various accounts in and around the Boston and North Shore area.


Chris Wilson
Has responsibility for several key accounts in and around the Boston and the suburban South Shore areas. Also is solely responsible for the Worcester area.


George Murphy
Responsibile for the generation of new accounts; trouble shooting the Dri-Steem product offering; and maintaining existing and new, end user accounts throughout MA. George is a Dri-Steem expert.


Jamie Goodrich
Responsible for several key accounts in the Western suburbs and all accounts in Rhode Island except for those retained by Jeff.


Ted Edwards
Has total responsibility for all sales in Maine


Bill Hansen
Has total responsibility for all sales in New Hampshire and several key accounts in Northern Massachusetts.


Jim Niedbala
Has responsibility for all sales in Southern Connecticut

INSIDE SALES

Steve Miller – Manager
Inside EP Sales provides inside sale support for the Connecticut and Vermont sales force. Calls on selected EP customers in a sales role. Manages Emerson Swan facilities and The Swan Realty Trusts. Purchases lease vehicles for the sales force. Manages telephone systems for Emerson Swan.


Sheryl Straqualursi
Provides backup for Bill Hansen and Ted Edwards and selected Jeff Dirksen Accounts. Whalen and Paco parts specialist but is also versatile in the entire product offering except BAC.


Christian Anastasia
Provides backup for Jim Darragh, George Murphy and all of Jeff Dirksen's customers except for selected customers that Sheryl has. Also is a Dri-steem and Alfa Laval specialist but is versatile in the entire product offering except BAC. Responsible for all warranty service issues and scheduling. Also is required to provide quality assurance for the ‘pump build’ facility and to respond to EP warehouse issues. Works closely with the MIS group to ensure that the quote program and its interaction with JDE goes smoothly.


Frank Kelly
Backup for the entire Randolph sales force for the BAC product line. Specializes in aftermarket parts and tower sales.


Mike Tobin
Backup for Chris Wilson and Jamie Goodrich. Versatile in the entire product offering except BAC.


Maureen Humphrey
Departmental secretary. Along with all secretarial duties, Maureen is also is responsible for Accounts Receivable for the Randolph EP department customer base, credit and pricing issues as well as all generation of EP sales reports for Jeff.


Maribeth Silvernail
Part time office assistant, Responsible for phone coverage backup, generation of O&M manuals, cross checking factory acknowledgments with orders, answering lead time inquiries, updating and data input of orders and commissions into the Orders Entered Report and faxing or emailing of quotes to our customer base.
