Bruce MacDonald Manager-DP Inside Sales
Provides inside sales support for all DP regions and is responsible for supervision of the day to day activities of all Inside Sales department functions and personnel.

Jim Audy
Jim is versatile in all DP heating lines, with an emphasis on A.O. Smith. He works closely with Jack Siegel and all our AOS customers in Connecticut.
Cap Belleville
Cap is versatile in the entire DP product offering, including Heating, Plumbing and A.O. Smith.Ed FromentEd is fluent in all E/S heating lines, but specializes in Taco and SuperStor. He is capable of answering most, if not all, questions on all our heating lines.
Peter Knights
Peter is fluent in ALL E/S heating lines. He is highly regarded in our department (and industry) as a most capable trainer and teacher. He is a valued resource.
Mark Troiano
Mark is versatile in the entire DP product offering, including Heating, Plumbing and A.O. Smith. He also provides backup to Bruce with regard to fax dispersal and time sheet preparation. He is also involved in our EDI initiative.

Anna OBrien
Anna is versatile in all DP plumbing lines brought in as part of the Adelson Brothers acquisition, with emphasis on Oatey / SCS and Elkay.
Mary

Mary
eth is primarily responsible for administration of the Elkay line. She enters all orders directly into the Elkay computer and is responsible for Elkay quotation entry as well as customer service.
Betty Nardelli
Betty basically provides support to Inside Sales but is able to handle many I/S functions. She answers the night bell in the morning, distributes faxes and assists at the switchboard as needed. She enters orders and communicates with our customer base as required.
